At Tiny Botanicals, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards or promotional items
How to Start a Return
Please email info@tinybotanicals.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your provider)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges and Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
- Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Offer a full refund where appropriate
Your Consumer Rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
