Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days within the United Kingdom, please contact us at info@tinybotanicals.com and we will be happy to assist.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, we recommend contacting the delivery provider directly. We will support you where possible.

Address Changes and Order Cancellations

If you need to update your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will always try to help, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.
